Spiritual time. Big emotions. Full moon.
All Souls' Day is a day that helps us to remember those who have died. It functions as a profound bridge between the living and the dead, reinforcing the belief that love, memory and connection endure beyond the grave. It falls on 2 November, the day that Sarah passed away last year, very close to mums passing too, she was the 7th November.
I went to visit Chalk Farm station on the anniversary of Sarahs death to pay my respects. The station will never be the same again to me. Whilst it makes me very sad, I like to sit on the bench at the end of the platform and think about Sarah when I am in the area. It feels like getting to catch up.
I buy some flowers to put down and outside I found more flowers and a lovely tribute from friends of hers who passed through earlier.
