Back Out In Athens

I'm aloud out!! Woop woop Well.. it was a choice to quarantine as there are no official measure here in Greece but still… I am so excited to get out and about! What better way to celebrate then going out to a FREE concert by Burna Boy at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation!  As part of the SNF Nostos Festival he is playing a concert. I am so exited for this and of course wore my chitenge face mask for it. Gotta represent. This is Burna Boys first performance in Greece and I am so excited to be here for it.

Then in other news, been out for a few dinners with old friends, including a beautiful restaurant with an Acropolis view. Also managed to get a few souvlakis in, been a little while since I had one. Probably 2019 was the last time I was in Greece. We also head out exploring the lovely Filopappou Hill which is right by our place in Athens, so thankful for some green space plus it has fantastic views of Athens. My sister has a new dog, little Conchito, so been super excited to meet him, he is absolutely adorable and so we take him around exploring the neighbourhood. Then we also head down to Varkiza to the beach to catch up with friends that way, though Conchito stays home for this visit.
